Good Friends are Hard to Find

These aren’t new, but I wanted to share them anyway.  I’ve been into storyboards lately… and found some great freebies!  CoffeeShop Free Stuff

This is one of my best friends, Hannah.  Isn’t she pretty?  We had a girl’s night, and this is the fun that transpired.  Hannah has love for old, unique, beautiful things.  Her house is amazing… and she finds the best stuff at thrift stores and yard sales.  I love when I get to go with her on these adventures!  We are both super busy right now, but I can’t wait to have another girl’s night (hopefully before this baby of mine comes) and just hang out and talk into the wee hours.

It’s Been a While!

It has been a busy busy time! In the last few months I found out I am expecting my second baby! We recently found out he is another boy! We also moved, and our new house, although much bigger and pretty awesome, has no internet… We can’t get cable or DSL… So all I have is my iPhone to connect me to the Internet!!! It’s a nightmare! But hopefully it will be over soon.
Anyhow, just wanted to catch my blog up a bit. Here are a few shots from my shoot with sweet Virginia Claire! She did a great job, as did her sweet parents.

Downtown

I am super excited about this recent family shoot I did in downtown Huntsville!  It is such a beautiful location and everyone did a such a great job.  Here are a few shots.

Photo Flea Market!

Oh yes, the photo flea market was at the Von Braun Center again.  I missed it last year, but managed to drag my self out of the house 2 days post op.  (I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed on Thursday)  But I am soooo glad I went!  I found a great deal on a used light meter… and I just know it’s going to make a world of difference in my photography!  I’ve just had a chance to play with measuring ambient light this afternoon, and I was amazed at the results versus the on camera light meter!  And once I get a chance to whip my strobes out and get to playing!  Oh boy…. I’m too excited!  Sooooo here are a couple.  Oh and….

Super Quick Before I Hit the Hay

Soooo, I have been super busy lately… and still haven’t been able to spiff up this blog. It’s on the list, k? I am almost finished post processing my batch of photos from a shoot with the sweetest little brothers.  I’ll leave you with a teaser, more to come soon!  Here’s Charlie.
